Job Summary
Ansible & iAutomate Experience: 7–12 Years Location: Open Role: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced L3 Automation Engineer with deep expertise in Ansible (primary skill) and iAutomate platforms. The role involves leading automation initiatives, building enterprise grade workflows, and driving end to end automation across complex infrastructure environments. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop advanced Ansible playbooks, roles, and automation workflows. • Manage and administer Ansible Tower/AWX with RBAC, workflows, smart inventories, and integrations. • Build and optimize iAutomate runbooks for incident auto-remediation and operational automation. • Integrate automation with monitoring, ITSM, CI/CD, and cloud/on prem infrastructure. • Act as L3 SME for troubleshooting, RCA, escalation handling, and automation strategy. • Mentor L1/L2 teams and enforce automation standards/best practices. Skills & Experience • Strong expertise in Ansible, YAML, Jinja2, and automation architecture. • Experience with iAutomate / Resolve / Moogsoft / IPSoft runbook automation tools. • Proficiency in Python, Shell, PowerShell, REST APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines. • Solid understanding of Linux/Windows, networking basics, and cloud (AWS/Azure). • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and cross team collaboration skills. Preferred • RHCE / Ansible Certification • ITIL knowledge • Experience in SRE/DevOps/Automation role
Key Responsibilities
2. To perform value addition activities (such as mentoring administrators/team members, preparing SOPs, maintaining effective documentation simultaneously and Knowledge sharing.) In addition act as a liaison to the business segment, facilitating effective communication and presentation to key business stakeholders as & when required.
3. To validate Change Order Implementation Plan & Human Error Compliance and participate in Capacity planning, identification of EN business opportunities.
4. To ensure positive customer feedback & satisfaction through active participation in customer meetings to understand any issues faced
5. To validate analyses (eg. Root Cause Analysis ,Trend Analysis) and reports to facilitate performance in tasks to be presented to key business stakeholders
