Job Summary
The I&O Operations Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) delivery across datacenter, cloud, and hybrid platforms. This role drives operational stability, SLA adherence, automation-led transformation, and cost optimization while managing global teams and ensuring business-aligned service delivery. Aligns with the converged SRE-driven infrastructure model where operations evolve from reactive to predictive and automation-first services.
Key Responsibilities
Own delivery across compute, storage, network, backup, database, and cloud platforms Manage hybrid infrastructure operations (on-prem DC + public cloud) Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of all service

Infrastructure platforms: Windows, Linux/Unix, VMware, Hyper-V Cloud: Azure / AWS (Operations + Governance) Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Sybase Storage & Backup: SAN/NAS, Commvault, Veeam, NetWorker Monitoring & AIOps tools (SCOM, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, etc.) ITSM tools: ServiceNow (Incident, Problem, Change)
