Job Summary

 The IGA SailPoint resource is responsible for managing identity lifecycle, access governance, provisioning, certification, and SailPoint platform configurations in alignment with IAM services. The role supports BAU operations, audit compliance, and continuous improvement of identity governance controls.

Key Responsibilities

 Identity Governance & Administration Perform user provisioning and de-provisioning activities across applications and systems. Manage user roles, groups, and access rights administration. Support user registration, approvals, and renewal processes. Ensure compliance with identity governance standards and policies. SailPoint (IGA) Platform Administration Maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ policies, workflows, and rules. Manage reconciliation and provisioning rules in SailPoint. Perform minor upgrades, patching, and system maintenance of SailPoint. Support integration of applications into SailPoint for access management. Access Certification & Audit Compliance Execute access certification campaigns (quarterly / periodic). Generate user audit and compliance reports. Support audit remediation plans and issue resolution. Conduct User Access Reviews (UARs) and ensure closure. Operations & Support Provide support for tickets related to provisioning/deprovisioning. Monitor scheduled tasks, SLA compliance, and system performance. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and issue remediation. Handle incidents, problems, and change management activities. Reporting & Governance Create ad-hoc reports and dashboards on identity data. Maintain audit trails and access logs for compliance purposes. Develop SOPs and knowledge base documentation

Skill Requirements

Technical Skills SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) / IdentityNow IAM / IGA Concepts (RBAC, ABAC, SoD, Access Lifecycle) Provisioning & reconciliation processes Access certification & audit compliance Functional Skills Understanding of IAM governance and compliance frameworks Experience with audit handling and remediation Strong stakeholder communication Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)

Other Requirements

6–10 years in IAM / Identity Governance Strong experience in SailPoint support Experience in audit, compliance, and governance
