- Good understanding of network-security concepts, firewalls, proxies, remote access, network telemetry, SIEM/Splunk, security monitoring, and incident-management workflows.
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process flows, RACI, gap analyses, and requirement-traceability matrices.
- Experience gathering requirements for dashboards, reports, log-source onboarding, alerts, data-source health, operational metrics, and service KPIs.
- Experience using ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Excel, and process-mapping tools.
- Ability to analyze ticket volumes, backlog aging, demand patterns, SLA/KPI performance, and operational trends.
- Ability to coordinate UAT, test-case review, defect tracking, stakeholder sign-off, release readiness, and implementation support.
- Understanding of incident, request, change, problem, knowledge, and service-level management processes.
- Ability to classify work into run, change, enhancement, project, transformation, automation, and BOT-transfer categories.
- Experience facilitating workshops, KT sessions, requirements walkthroughs, action tracking, and governance meetings.
- The role is functional and coordination focused; hands-on network or Splunk engineering is not expected unless explicitly agreed.
