Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Cisco Routing & Switching, Palo Alto Firewalls, Site-to-Site VPNs, and DNS technologies. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing network operations across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and troubleshoot Cisco Routers and Switches in enterprise environments.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize Palo Alto Firewalls, including security policies, NAT, application control, and threat prevention.
- Design, configure, and maintain Site-to-Site VPN connectivity between corporate offices, data centers, and cloud environments.
- Manage and troubleshoot DNS infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Perform network monitoring, fault isolation, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.
- Support LAN, WAN, and Internet connectivity across multiple locations.
- Implement network security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects, migrations, and upgrades.
- Create and maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Participate in incident management, change management, and problem management activities.
Skill Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Network Engineering and Infrastructure Support.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Cisco Routers & Switches Configuration and Implementation
- Palo Alto Firewall Configuration and Implementation
- Site-to-Site VPN Configuration and Troubleshooting
- DNS Administration and Troubleshooting
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Other Requirements
- Cisco Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent).
- Palo Alto Certifications (PCNSA/PCNSE).
- Experience with cloud networking (Azure/AWS) is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of security best practices and network hardening techniques.
