• Serve as DevSecOps SME supporting Jefferies custom security and identity applications, developer workflows, CI/CD platforms, release engineering, and security automation.

• Collaborate with AppSec, IAM/PAM, SIEM, cloud, engineering, and application teams to deliver secure and scalable automation patterns.

• Serve as DevSecOps SME supporting Jefferies custom security and identity applications, developer workflows, CI/CD platforms, release engineering, and security automation. 
• Integrate security controls into software-delivery pipelines while improving platform stability, developer experience, deployment reliability, and operational efficiency. 
• Collaborate with AppSec, IAM/PAM, SIEM, cloud, engineering, and application teams to deliver secure and scalable automation patterns. 

Technical Requirements

• Strong experience with CI/CD platforms, Git-based repositories, build/release pipelines, artifact management, and deployment automation. 
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, containers, Linux, microservices, and cloud-native operations. 
• Working knowledge of Java Spring Boot, Angular, Python, JavaScript, REST APIs, and integration architectures. 
• Experience integrating SAST, SCA, DAST, secrets scanning, container scanning, and policy/security gates into CI/CD pipelines. 
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure-as-code and automation using Terraform, Ansible, Python, Shell, or PowerShell. 
• Experience with secrets management, certificates, service identities, API credentials, and secure machine-to-machine authentication. 
• Ability to troubleshoot complex pipeline failures, platform defects, access issues, deployment problems, and production-release incidents. 
• Experience integrating with ServiceNow, Jira, Splunk, AppSec tools, IAM/PAM tools, monitoring platforms, and cloud services. 
• Ability to define reusable pipeline templates, secure engineering standards, SOPs, runbooks, release controls, and operational dashboards. 
• Familiarity with AI-assisted SDLC, agentic workflows, API-led automation, and developer productivity solutions is preferred. 
• Experience supporting regulatory/audit evidence and communicating application risk to senior stakeholders.

Certifications (Good to have)

• Security+ or CISSP is preferred. 

Educational Qualifications

• University degree in IT or/and IT Security.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ IT or any relevant fields.
