Job Summary

Job Description: Architect – Crypto Key Protect L3  Overview We are seeking an experienced Architect for the Crypto Key Protect L3 team to join our organization in Pune or Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced cryptographic key protection solutions. This role is crucial for ensuring the security and integrity of sensitive data across our enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Design and architect scalable, secure, and robust cryptographic key protection solutions for enterprise applications. Lead the development and implementation of cryptographic protocols, including key management, storage, and rotation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, engineering, operations) to integrate crypto key protection into existing and new systems. Conduct security assessments and reviews to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies. Provide Level 3 (L3) technical support and troubleshooting for cryptographic key management systems. Develop and maintain documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and operational procedures. Stay updated on industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies in cryptography and cybersecurity. Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members on best practices in cryptographic key management. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in security architecture, cryptography, or related roles. Expertise in designing and implementing cryptographic key management systems and protocols. Hands-on experience with HSMs (Hardware Security Modules), PKI, and secure key storage solutions. Strong understanding of encryption, digital signatures, certificate management, and key lifecycle management. Experience providing L3 technical support in enterprise environments. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with compliance standards such as PCI DSS, GDPR, and ISO 27001. Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (Python, Java, C++, etc.) is a plus. Preferred Skills Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-based key management solutions. Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and automation tools. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or relevant cryptography certifications. Experience working with global, distributed teams. 

Key Responsibilities

1. To ensure on-time resolution & quality compliance of escalated tickets/incident as per the agreed SLA
2. To perform value addition activities (such as mentoring administrators/team members, preparing SOPs, maintaining effective documentation simultaneously and Knowledge sharing.) In addition act as a liaison to the business segment, facilitating effective communication and presentation to key business stakeholders as & when required.
3. To validate Change Order Implementation Plan & Human Error Compliance and participate in Capacity planning, identification of EN business opportunities.
4. To ensure positive customer feedback & satisfaction through active participation in customer meetings to understand any issues faced
5. To validate analyses (eg. Root Cause Analysis ,Trend Analysis) and reports to facilitate performance in tasks to be presented to key business stakeholders
