Job Summary
Provision, configure, and de-provision Cisco gateways in line with approved change processes and operational standards.\\r\\n• Perform gateway lifecycle activities: onboarding, upgrades, migrations, decommissions and service turn-ups/turndowns.\\r\\n• Troubleshoot gateway-related issues during the Refresh process; and implement preventative fixes.\\r\\n• Execute and validate change requests, including maintenance windows, rollback planning, and post-change verification.\\r\\n• Maintain accurate documentation (network diagrams, build standards, configs, and operational runbooks).\\r\\n• Partner with internal teams (Network, Voice/Collaboration, Security, Operations) to ensure end-to-end service readiness.\\r\\n• Monitor gateway health and performance; support capacity planning and resiliency improvements.\\r\\n• Ensure adherence to security, risk, audit, and compliance requirements for network changes.\\r\\n• Able to work as individual contributor
Key Responsibilities
Experience as a Network/Voice Engineer supporting Cisco gateway technologies in an enterprise environment with Deployment experience of 10+ yrs.\\r\\n• Demonstrated expertise with Cisco gateway provisioning and de-provisioning (service lifecycle ownership).\\r\\n• Strong troubleshooting skills across routing, SIP/voice signaling basics, and connectivity fundamentals.\\r\\n• Experience working with ITSM/change management processes (e.g., incident/problem/change workflows).\\r\\n• Ability to write and maintain operational documentation and standard operating procedures.\\r\\n• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholder teams.\\r\\n
