Job Description: Architect – Certificate Hub Management
OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Architect for Certificate Hub Management (L3) to join our team in Pune or Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level certificate management solutions, ensuring robust security and seamless integration across systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and architect Certificate Hub solutions to manage digital certificates across multiple platforms and environments.Lead the implementation and configuration of Certificate Hub Management tools and processes at L3 support level.Develop strategies for certificate lifecycle management, including issuance, renewal, revocation, and monitoring.Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to integrate certificate management solutions.Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting for complex certificate-related incidents and requests.Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and organizational standards regarding digital certificates.Conduct regular reviews, audits, and assessments of certificate infrastructure and propose improvements.Mentor and support L2/L1 teams in certificate hub management processes and best practices.Document architecture, processes, and procedures for certificate hub management.Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in certificate management and cybersecurity.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, security architecture, and certificate management.Expertise in PKI (Public Key Infrastructure), SSL/TLS, and certificate lifecycle management.Hands-on experience with enterprise certificate management tools (e.g., Venafi, DigiCert, Microsoft Certificate Services).Strong understanding of cryptographic protocols, authentication mechanisms, and security standards.Experience in designing and supporting large-scale, multi-cloud certificate management solutions.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for L3-level troubleshooting and resolution.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals) are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
2. To perform value addition activities (such as mentoring administrators/team members, preparing SOPs, maintaining effective documentation simultaneously and Knowledge sharing.) In addition act as a liaison to the business segment, facilitating effective communication and presentation to key business stakeholders as & when required.
3. To validate Change Order Implementation Plan & Human Error Compliance and participate in Capacity planning, identification of EN business opportunities.
4. To ensure positive customer feedback & satisfaction through active participation in customer meetings to understand any issues faced
5. To validate analyses (eg. Root Cause Analysis ,Trend Analysis) and reports to facilitate performance in tasks to be presented to key business stakeholders
