Sr Tech Lead-GenAI - VectorDBand MySQL

Job Summary

This role is accountable for delivering advanced Generative AI solutions by leveraging expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and modern Python frameworks. The individual applies advanced proficiency in designing, developing, and optimizing AI-driven applications, ensuring technical excellence and strategic alignment with project goals.

Key Responsibilities

Python Developer: Sr. Software Engineer 
Min. Experience of 7+ years.
Strong programming experience in Python 3.x.
Hands-on experience with Strong REST API development skills using FastAPI or Flask.
Experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph Frameworks.
Good understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, prompts, embeddings, context windows, model selection, and AI application design.
Experience building Agentic AI workflows using tools, functions, structured outputs, and orchestration patterns.
Understanding of A2A communication, API-based handoffs, message contracts, and distributed application communication.
Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, chunking, retrieval, and response grounding.
Hands-on experience with at least one CI/CD tool: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Harness.
Experience with containerization using Docker or compatible container tools.
Working knowledge of OpenShift/Kubernetes deployment concepts.
Experience with logging, monitoring, tracing, and production support.
Secondary skills on ReactJS.
