Role Summary

The O2A team is building an autonomous multi agent generative AI sustem that interprests skan.ai proces smining data, generates SOPs. Reverse engineers business workflows and produces production ready code, tests and deplys with minimum human intervention.

Key Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

1. LLM / Prompt Engineering
   1. Design and Optimize:
      1. Multi-shot prompts
      2. Few shot and zero shot task promps
      3. Chai of thought
      4. Program of thought
      5. Tool use prompts and agent action schemas
   2. Create prompt templates for :
      1. SOP extraction
      2. Workflow reconstruction
      3. Code synthesis
      4. Test generation
      5. PR writing and review
2. Build multi-agent LLM workflows
   1. Develop and maintain
      1. Planner agents
      2. SOP reasoning agents
      3. Code-Gen agents
      4. Testing agents
      5. CI/CD automation agents
      6. Implement memory state handling and agent-agent communication and task decomposition.
3. Integration and Orchestration:
   1. Use postman and similar tools for API debugging
   2. End point validation
   3. Workflow simulation
   4. Build integrations via APIs.

4. Code generation and automation testing:
   1. Generate prduction compliant Python/Java code modules and test suites.
   2. Validate code using sandbox runtime environements.
5. ML Ops/AI Ops
   1. Build and Maintain embedding pipelines

Automate telemetry and observability

Skill Requirements

Required Qualifications:

1. LLM and Prompt Engineering
   1. Expert Level propmpt engineering
   2. Deep understanding of LLM reasoning. Copntext strategies and evaluation
2. AI Engineering
   1. Experince building LLM based applications using Python and Java
3. Hands-on experience with
   1. RAG
   2. Embeddings
   3. Agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, etc..)
   4. SQL/MongoDB experience
   5. Excellent Python development skills
   6. Experince with Postman and APIs
   7. Experience with GitHub
   8. Familiarity with process mining (Skan.ai, Celonis etc..)
   9. Experience working in regulated environemnts (Banking/Finance/healthcare etc..)
   10. Familiarity with Audit processes aligned with regulator requirements.
