Key Responsibilities
AI Context Engineer
• Accountable for the end-to-end implementation of AI agents / Agent Systems, including turning tasks into designed prompts, coding them, and managing the full DevOps lifecycle in alignment with other SME roles.
• Take a lead hands-on role in building and refining agents using the Google AI Development Kit (ADK) and established agent patterns.
• Conduct continuous testing throughout the development lifecycle, iterating on performance based on technical results and end-user feedback to assure safetly, and longterm sustainable performance.
• Collaborate with AI Agent Product Managers and Architects to ensure your implementation aligns with the product vision and architectural standards and re-use ambition.
Skill Requirements
Experience: 5-7+ years as a Data Scientist or Software Engineer, with at least 2 years in hands-on AI/ML development and a proven track record of deploying AI systems.
Key Skills:
Expert, 100% hands-on capability with Google AI Development Kit (ADK) or alike, strong learner capability on new/further industry standard AI Agent frameworks
Ability to accelerate rapid development e.g. in POC phase by leveraging AI acceleration tools e.g. GitHub Copilot and alike for coding/testing.
Deep understanding of the agent development lifecycle, prompt design, and coding agent patterns.
Proven experience in testing AI systems and integrating end-user feedback.
Strong software engineering and DevOps skills for managing the agent lifecycle with aligned SMEs.
