Sr Technical Lead (Support & Operations)

Job Summary
To ensure on-time resolution of escalations/complexincidents, provide technical guidance to the team and ensure positive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-scale Azure Virtual Desktop environments
- Architect Host Pools, Workspaces, Application Groups, and Disaster Recovery solutions
- Perform advanced L3/Tier-3 troubleshooting for:
- Login issues
- Session disconnects
- Performance degradation
- Application access failures
- Manage and optimize FSLogix profile containers
- Implement and support MSIX App Attach
- Design and maintain golden/master images with security hardening
- Implement AVD autoscaling and cloud cost optimization strategies
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Support Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and endpoint management integrations

Experience

- Overall IT Experience: 10+ years
- Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD): Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience (mandatory)
- Enterprise VDI/EUC: Strong experience in large-scale environments supporting enterprise users
