Job Description – Microsoft 365 Expert (L4)
Responsibilities-
- Ability to have in-depth experience in designing complex, enterprise scale solutions, ability to design, and plan & implement a multifaceted technical architecture road-map
- Serve as the highest-level technical consultant to HCL clients and technical management to ensure conformity with Enterprise Architecture
- Serve as a SPOC and sets the technical direction for the other technical resources supporting the applications and customers
- Acts in a strategic role in the development and maintenance of architectures for a line of business or infrastructure sub-domain that are in compliance with the Enterprise Architecture
- Highly motivated and self-driven, capable of solving complex technical objectives without supervision
- Responsible to assure quality, maintainability, and extensibility for supported infrastructure
- Demonstrate capability to work with a wide range of both technical resources and business managers
- Demonstrate problem analysis and solving skills including complex problems
- Design conceptual architecture and technical solutions that leverages the most innovative Microsoft technologies
- Actively participates in pre-sales activities, collaborating with clients and sales executives & guide opportunities that arise from client interactions
Qualifications-
A consulting background with 12+ years of experience and a proven record of delivering solutions within defined timeframes
- Solid exposure in all Microsoft 365 offerings, not limited to Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Enterprise Voice, Mobile Device Management, Active Directory, Azure AD, Directory synchronization services, Modern workplace, Enterprise Mobility, Azure Virtual Desktops, Microsoft Viva, Security & Compliance, Power Platform, CoPilot and Windows 365
- Understanding of PaaS, IaaS (Azure/AWS) and Microsoft 365 integration with 3rd party services
- Expert Certifications in Microsoft 365 workloads and basic understanding of networking concepts (CCNA)
Key Areas of expertise
- Engagement with customer counterparts and lead technical discussions w.r.t workplace modernization
- Projects (Transition & Transformation) - Effort estimation of deliverables, creation of technical plans/workflows, proof of concepts, and Statement of Work/s.
- Identify/evaluate areas of opportunities, & propose Automation techniques (attended/unattended) using Microsoft and HCL’s RPA offerings for streamlining business processes.
- Workplace Governance – Evaluate/assess customer’s infra, identify gaps, risks and define/drive service improvements
- Expertise in migrations (mergers/separations) of all M365 workloads
Key Responsibilities
2. To ensure that all responsibilities, tasks and escalations/crisis are closed as per agreed SLA norms
3. To manage Operational Hygiene, validate reports and ensure that services are provided as per agreed SOW
4. To ensure positive customer satisfaction and develop new initiatives/ frameworks to improve the same
5. To manage and implement Profit Improvement Plan (PIP) through levers like Automation & self-driven initiatives     Â
