Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Networking Engineer to design, implement, and support secure, scalable, and highly available network architectures across multi-cloud environments, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in cloud networking, hybrid connectivity, network security, and infrastructure automation, along with strong troubleshooting skills to support mission-critical enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Network Architecture & Design

• Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable network architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
• Develop and optimize cloud networking solutions to support business, application, and security requirements.
• Design and manage Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs), Virtual Networks (VNets), subnets, routing, and network segmentation strategies.

Hybrid Connectivity & Network Infrastructure

• Implement and manage hybrid connectivity solutions including:
• Site-to-Site VPN
• Transit Gateway
• AWS Direct Connect
• Azure ExpressRoute
• Inter-cloud connectivity solutions
• Configure and maintain load balancing solutions for high availability and performance optimization.
• Support multi-region and multi-cloud network deployments.

Network Security

• Implement and maintain cloud security controls, including:
• Security Groups
• Network Security Groups (NSGs)
• Cloud-native firewalls
• Web Application Firewalls (WAF)
• Access Control Lists (ACLs)
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to mitigate network threats and vulnerabilities.

Network Automation & Operations

• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Automate network provisioning, configuration management, and operational tasks.
• Support SD-WAN deployments and cloud integration initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvements through automation and operational excellence.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting

• Monitor cloud network performance, availability, and capacity using tools such as:
• AWS CloudWatch
• Azure Monitor
• Network Performance Monitor
• Third-party monitoring platforms
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of complex connectivity, routing, latency, and performance issues across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Participate in major incident management and root cause analysis activities.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure cloud network solutions comply with enterprise governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
• Support audits and security assessments.
• Maintain network documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.

Skill Requirements

• Strong experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform networking services.
• Expertise in:
  • VPC/VNet Design
  • Routing and Switching
  • VPN Technologies
  • AWS Direct Connect
  • Azure ExpressRoute
  • Load Balancers
  • DNS and DHCP
• Hands-on experience implementing network security solutions in cloud environments.
• Experience with SD-WAN technologies and hybrid cloud networking.
• Proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, or other IaC tools.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, NAT, DNS, and network troubleshooting methodologies.
• Experience with cloud monitoring, logging, and observability platforms.

Professional Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Network Engineering, Cloud Networking, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting cloud networking environments.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale production environments.
• Exposure to regulated industries such as Healthcare, Banking, Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing is preferred.
