Job Description : Cisco CCNP Enterprise \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nCisco CCIE (Enterprise Infrastructure / Enterprise Wireless) \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nFortinet NSE Certifications \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nPalo Alto PCNSA \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nPalo Alto PCNSE \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nCisco DevNet Associate/Professional (Preferred) \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nITIL Foundation or Higher (Preferred) Proven experience managing complex enterprise networking environments. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nDemonstrated experience handling and leading P1/P2 incident resolution. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nExperience in network security operations and governance. \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nExposure to automation and reliability engineering practices is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : Network Operations & Governance Provide operational leadership and governance for enterprise network services. Ensure network availability, reliability, performance, and security across global environments. Establish and maintain operational processes, standards, SLAs, KPIs, and service improvement initiatives. Drive incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL practices. Conduct service reviews, governance meetings, and operational reporting with stakeholders. Lead vendor coordination and escalation management for critical service issues. Incident & Problem Management Act as technical lead during major incidents and service outages. Drive swift resolution of P1 and P2 incidents through effective troubleshooting and stakeholder communication. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures. Identify recurring issues and drive permanent fixes through problem management processes. Ensure effective communication during critical outages and service restoration activities. Technical Network Operations Manage enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, and network security infrastructure. Design, implement, and support routing, switching, and connectivity solutions. Monitor network health, availability, and performance. Manage network capacity planning, forecasting, and optimization initiatives. Support network transformation and modernization projects. Network Security Manage and support network access control and security solutions. Ensure adherence to security policies, standards, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with security teams to identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities. Support firewall policies, VPN services, remote access solutions, and segmentation initiatives. Automation & NRE Practices Drive network automation and reliability engineering initiatives. Develop and implement automation solutions for monitoring, configuration management, compliance validation, and operational tasks. Improve operational efficiency through scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts. Support observability, proactive monitoring, and self-healing capabilities. Automate repetitive tasks to reduce operational risk and improve service reliability.
