NonStop Operator / Tandem

• • NonStop
    • Monitor NonStop System health and report irregularities to Engineering(OSM/DSAP)
      • Monitor the Filepoll and Netbatch processes  (BATCHCOM)
      • Monitor the Spoolers (PERUSE/SPOOLCOM)
      • Monitoring Shadowbase processes(Collector,TRS,DRS etc )
      • Monitor Month End Processing for Out of Balance and Variances and report to IDS any discrepencies (Batch com Reports validations)
    • Monitoring and execution of NonStop OBEY files (Any DB Updates, Restarting the abending processes etc.)
    • Program moves into production (Implementations and Deployments)
    • Validates Banking execution (Monitoring them EMS)
    • Runs on-demand reports (Adhoc tasks as per the business requirements)
  • Axway
    • Monitors sFTP processing (FTP processes)
    • Restarts failed jobs or notifies the Schedulers / Axway Engineers in the event of failures(Restarting Batchcom Jobs)

Axway Engineer

• Axway Secure Transport: Routing

• Creates and maintains accounts on Axway Secure Transport (Axway) for file transfers to or from a client / vendor.
• Creates and maintains Axway routing subscriptions for sFTP processing.
• Manages SSH and PGP keys as necessary. 
• Monitors and resubmits file transfers in the event of an error in transmission.
• Works with IDS or vendor directly in the event of communication errors when transferring files. 
• Monitors Axway system performance and works with the appropriate group for troubleshooting or reboot.

NonStop Scheduler / Axway Engineer

• NonStop: Job Scheduler

• Plans, develops, and tests new NonStop jobs and job schedules as required by the business for new reports, data extracts, or extracts
• Schedules on-demand NonStop jobs from the business for client reports and extracts

• Axway Secure Transport: Routing

• Creates and maintains accounts on Axway Secure Transport (Axway) for file transfers to or from a client / vendor.

Key Responsibilities

1. To ensure generation of tower level EE & EN revenue
2. To ensure that all responsibilities, tasks and escalations/crisis are closed as per agreed SLA norms
3. To manage Operational Hygiene, validate reports and ensure that services are provided as per agreed SOW
4. To ensure positive customer satisfaction and develop new initiatives/ frameworks to improve the same
5. To manage and implement Profit Improvement Plan (PIP) through levers like Automation & self-driven initiatives
