Sr Tower Lead (Tools & Automation)

Job Summary

  • Senior ServiceNow Technical Architect responsible for end‑to‑end platform architecture, solution governance, enterprise integrations, and technical leadership across large-scale, multi‑module implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define overall ServiceNow architecture, solution design and technical roadmap
  • Establish and enforce platform governance, design standards and best practices
  • Lead multi‑module enterprise implementations, migrations and upgrades
  • Perform architectural reviews, risk analysis, and performance optimisation
  • Design enterprise‑grade integrations, system landscapes and data flows
  • Act as final technical escalation point for complex issues
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, lead solution workshops and pre‑sales technical discussions

Skill Requirements

  • Proven experience across multiple modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM/ITBM, SecOps, ESM, Service Portal / Employee Center

Other Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, CMDB, CSDM and enterprise patterns
  • Expertise in integration architecture using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, iPaaS
  • Experience in upgrade strategy, instance strategy, data migration and scalability planning
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, enterprise architecture principles and Agile delivery

  • Mandatory: Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Mandatory: Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Mandatory: Minimum 4 Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
  • Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
  • ITIL Certification – Preferred
