Tools L3(Solarwinds and Moogsoft) Skill requirements 1. Extensive experience in administering SolarWinds Orion including Network Performance Monitor, Server & Application Monitor, Database Performance Analyzer, Virtualization Manager, Storage Resource Monitor and Web Performance Monitor 2. Strong PowerShell, SQL scripting and SWQL experience. 3. SolarWinds NPM, SAM, and NCM. 4. Customize SolarWinds dashboards, alerts, and reports to meet specific monitoring requirements 5. Strong Windows and networking experience 6. Experience of writing technical documentation is essential 7. Good troubleshooting skills and an analytical mind is essential, High degree of flexibility including weekends and out-of-hours support. 8. Use Moogsoft to ingest events from Company’s monitoring sources, tools and managers and convert them to Moogsoft enterprise events. 3. Manage, maintain, configure, test and support all infrastructure required to support, operate and provide access to Moogsoft. 4. Manage, maintain, configure, test and support Moogsoft, including all changes to and Releases, upgrades and new versions of Moogsoft. 5. Manage, maintain, configure, test and support all interfaces and integration points between Moogsoft and source and target systems. 6. Manage and resolve all defects and issues with Moogsoft. 7. Apply regular updates, patches, and security fixes to keep Moogsoft upto-date. 8. Maintain maintenance and support agreement with the third party provider of Moogsoft. 9.
