Job Summary

Job Description – Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant responsible for BAU support and enhancements for RCM, Onboarding, and Employee Central. Lead configuration, integrations, testing, and releases; resolve incidents; manage stakeholders; gather requirements; deliver scalable solutions; ensure data quality, compliance, documentation, and continuous improvement aligned to business objectives, with governance, security, performance, and best-practice standards.

Key Responsibilities

Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant handling BAU and enhancements for RCM, Onboarding, and Employee Central. KRAs: incident resolution, configuration, change requests, stakeholder management, enhancements delivery, integrations, testing, documentation, compliance, system optimization, and continuous process improvement aligned with business needs.
