Job Summary

Seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Cloud SME with expertise in both Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in our cloud operations team, providing advanced technical support and guidance to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand cloud requirements and design solutions that align with best practices on both AWS and Azure platforms. • Serve as an escalation point for Level 1 support teams, offering expert assistance in troubleshooting complex cloud-related issues.

Skill Requirements

Assist in the implementation of cloud architectures, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency in line with project goals. • Conduct thorough assessments of existing cloud environments, identifying areas for optimization, security enhancements, and cost savings. • Lead cloud migration projects, including planning, execution, and post-migration support. • Develop and deliver technical documentation, training, and workshops for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Other Requirements

 Bachelor\\\\\\\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. \\\\r\\\\n• Proven experience working with AWS and Azure cloud platforms, with a deep understanding of their respective services, networking, and security capabilities.\\\\r\\\\n• Experience with cloud migration strategies and tools, including lift-and-shift, re-platforming, and refactoring.\\\\r\\\\n• Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation and orchestration tasks.\\\\r\\\\n• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and lead cross-functional teams when required.\\\\r\\\\n• Strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.\\\\r\\\\n• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.\\\\r\\\\n• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.\\\\r\\\\n
