Job Summary

Design and hands-on implementation of the customer’s complex network infrastructure, supporting WAN, LAN, WLAN on a multi-vendor network consisting primarily of Juniper, Aruba, Mist, with some Cradle point & Cisco. 

Key Responsibilities

Create & maintain documentation for the implementation of the customers network, including change approval processes.\r\n• Support and coach other engineers in the team at a technical level to provide engineering support to provide high quality services/solutions to our customers.\r\n• Lead and assist in defining the strategy needed to enable delivery of complex projects

Skill Requirements

JNCIP or JNCIE level with focus on WAN, LAN, WLAN, Aruba Central, Aruba switches and Aruba WLAN, Mist dashboard and WLAN, Cisco CCNP or CCIE level on WAN & LAN.

Other Requirements

Create processes for other engineers to follow in order for them to successfully deliver solutions.\r\n• Lead and own projects and a small team of engineers, drive projects to a successful conclusion.\r\n• Two or more technical certifications at associate or professional levels

Senior Engineer Consulting – Role Service Description\\\\r\\\\nRole Summary:\\\\r\\\\n• Design and hands-on implementation of the customer’s complex network infrastructure, supporting WAN, LAN, WLAN on a multi-vendor network consisting primarily of Juniper, Aruba, Mist, with some Cradle point & Cisco.\\\\r\\\\n• Create & maintain documentation for the implementation of the customers network, including change approval processes.\\\\r\\\\n• Support and coach other engineers in the team at a technical level to provide engineering support to provide high quality services/solutions to our customers.\\\\r\\\\n• Lead and assist in defining the strategy needed to enable delivery of complex projects.\\\\r\\\\n• Manage the deliverables on complex customer design and implementation projects.\\\\r\\\\n• Perform advanced analysis on any complex incidents and acts as escalation engineer for internal organizations and clients.\\\\r\\\\n• Fourth-level support for Operations as part of the Incident and Problem Management Process.\\\\r\\\\n• Create processes for other engineers to follow in order for them to successfully deliver solutions.\\\\r\\\\n• Lead and own projects and a small team of engineers, drive projects to a successful conclusion.\\\\r\\\\nEducation/Training Experience Other\\\\r\\\\n• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent\\\\r\\\\n• Two or more technical certifications at associate or professional levels.\\\\r\\\\n• Technical knowledge & experience to Juniper JNCIP or JNCIE level with focus on WAN, LAN, WLAN.\\\\r\\\\n• Technical knowledge & experience with Aruba Central, Aruba switches and Aruba WLAN.\\\\r\\\\n• Technical knowledge & experience with Mist dashboard and WLAN is also highly beneficial.\\\\r\\\\n• Technical knowledge & experience to Cisco CCNP or CCIE level on WAN & LAN.\\\\r\\\\n• Fluent English communication skills both written and verbal, he/she need to be communicating with native English speakers and non-native English speakers daily.\\\\r\\\\n• 8+ or more years technical experience in design and implementation of large-scale customer networks.\\\\r\\\\n• Experience within telecommunication organisation/International companies would be beneficial.\\\\r\\\\n• Experience and Affinity with working in a multi-cultural work environment. Affinity with working in an international company, with international customers, taking into account various time-zones.\\\\r\\\\n• Ability to give guidance and coaching to other engineers at a technical level.\\\\r\\\\n• Excellent interpersonal, written communications and presentation skills.\\\\r\\\\n• Flexible work attitude, being willing to work irregular hours when required, but at the same time knowing how to set boundaries and find a healthy work-life balance.\\\\r\\\\n• Communication: Professional level of personal and business communication at levels from operational engineering to customer technical contacts.\\\\r\\\\n• Ability to work proactively and reactively in an autonomous manner

 

Maximum Salary (US):  64000
Minimum Salary (US):  54000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
