Job Summary
The Oracle RAC Administrator (E2) is responsible for day-to-day operational support, monitoring, and standard changes for Oracle RAC and single-instance databases in a 24×7 enterprise environment. The role executes defined procedures and works under guidance of senior DBAs (E3/L3) to ensure availability, stability, and SLA compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 operational support for Oracle RAC and non-RAC databases, including incident handling and service requests. Monitor database health, capacity, and availability using OEM Cloud Control and standard monitoring tools. Perform routine DBA activities such as DB startups/shutdowns, tablespace monitoring, user management, and job checks under SOPs. Execute backup and restore operations using RMAN and support
