Job Summary
The MuleSoft L3 Administrator acts as the platform SME responsible for architecture-level administration, platform optimization, complex troubleshooting, security implementation, upgrades, governance, and operational excellence across enterprise MuleSoft environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as SME for MuleSoft platform administration and support.
- Design and implement MuleSoft platform architecture and governance.
- Configure and manage Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange, Access Management,
- Manage CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, Hybrid, and On-Prem deployments.
- Perform platform upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot critical P1/P2 incidents and complex production issues.
- Define API lifecycle management and governance standards.
- Configure high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability solutions.
- Manage security implementations including OAuth, JWT, SAML, SSL, and API security policies.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and problem management activities.
- Implement automation for deployments, monitoring, and platform maintenance.
- Review integration architecture and provide recommendations.
- Mentor L1/L2 engineers and conduct KT sessions.
- Support capacity planning and performance optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, developers, cloud, and security teams.
