Subject Matter Expert (Support&Ops)

Job Summary

To ensure on-time resolution of escalations/incidents through efficient analysis as per the SLA and quality norms and ensure positive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1.Experience in M365 products SharePoint online, OneDrive, Power Apps

2.      Good Troubleshooting experience at all SharePoint versions and related infrastructure such as network, DNS, Certificate, security, Databases, Operating Systems.

3.    Good Experience in using SharePoint Designer for building custom designer Workflow, List view web parts.

4.      Good Experience in PowerShell scripts for building automation and managing farm.

5.       Expertise in configuration of SSL, web sites at IIS.

6.       Experience in configuration and troubleshot of SharePoint Search service, Excel Service and User profile.

7.       Experience in Patching SharePoint applications with Cumulative updates.

8.       Planning and designing for SharePoint URLs and supportable network configurations.

9.       Understanding of SharePoint Database structure, permissions, and maintenance.
