Subject Matter Expert (Support&Ops)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Cloud Engineer (L3) in Skill Google Cloud Platform, Oracle Cloud Platform, along with Terraform and Gitlab to manage day to day operations and develop/update the Terraform Module based on the requirement, administration of REDHAT and Windows OS on Cloud platform. 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Troubleshoot and resolve complex Linux system issues promptly and efficiently. 
  2. Providing L3 support on GCP and Oracle cloud platform using Terraform Module and Gitlab

  3. Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and operational workflows. 
  4. Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring best practices are followed. 
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement DevOps strategies. 
  6. Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance infrastructure performance. 
  7. Provide support for Linux systems (RHEL8, RHEL9, SUSE12, SUSE15) and related infrastructure. 
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve complex Linux system issues promptly and efficiently. 
  9. Ensure high availability and optimal performance of Linux servers and applications. 
  10. Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and upgrades. 
  11. Monitor system performance and logs to detect and resolve potential issues.
