Job Summary
Designing and implementing a network infrastructure based on client requirements.\\\\r\\\\n• Installing and configuring network hardware, such as routers, switches, and SDWANs.\\\\r\\\\n• Troubleshooting and resolving network issues, including hardware and software problems.\\\\r\\\\n• Collaborating with other IT professionals to develop and implement network security measures.\\\\r\\\\n• Conducting regular network maintenance, including updating software and hardware.\\\\r\\\\n• Documenting network configurations, processes, and procedures.\\\\r\\\\n• Providing network engineering support and training to other team members.\\\\r\\\\n• Support in DR tests/failover from WAN perspective.\\\\r\\\\n• Support in router major changes (QoS deployment, VPN/VRF creation, BGP)\\\\r\\\\n• Follow change management process.\\\\r\\\\n• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, diagrams, processes, and procedures to facilitate troubleshooting, maintenance, and future network enhancements.\\\\r\\\\n• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of network professionals.\\\\r\\\\n• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n
Key Responsibilities
2. To perform value addition activities (such as mentoring administrators/team members, preparing SOPs, maintaining effective documentation simultaneously and Knowledge sharing.) In addition act as a liaison to the business segment, facilitating effective communication and presentation to key business stakeholders as & when required.
3. To validate Change Order Implementation Plan & Human Error Compliance and participate in Capacity planning
4. To ensure positive customer feedback & satisfaction through active participation in customer meetings to understand any issues faced
5. To validate analyses (eg. Root Cause Analysis ,Trend Analysis) and reports to facilitate performance in tasks to be presented to key business stakeholders
