Job Summary

 Job Summary**\r\n \r\nWe are seeking an experienced Network Engineer specializing in Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) and Wireless technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise network design, implementation, and troubleshooting, with proficiency in Routing & Switching as a secondary skillset. This role involves managing complex network infrastructures across Chennai and Noida locations, ensuring secure access, and optimizing wireless performance.

Key Responsibilities

 *Key Responsibilities* \r\n- Design, deploy, and maintain Cisco ISE solutions for network access control and policy enforcement. \r\n- Configure, optimize, and troubleshoot enterprise wireless networks including Cisco WLC, Access Points, and Prime/DNA Center. \r\n- Manage authentication and authorization services via 802.1x, RADIUS, and TACACS+. \r\n- Integrate ISE with other enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Firewalls, and endpoint management platforms. \r\n- Provide second/third-level support for wireless and network access issues across Chennai and Noida sites. \r\n- Support and maintain core routing and switching infrastructure (Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, etc.). \r\n- Perform regular network performance analysis, capacity planning, and documentation updates. \r\n- Collaborate with cross-functional IT and security teams to meet business and compliance requirements.\r\n

Skill Requirements

8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering. \r\n- Expert-level knowledge of Cisco ISE (policy creation, profiling, posture, guest access). \r\n- Strong expertise in Wireless technologies (Cisco WLC, DNA Center, RF optimization). \r\n- Solid understanding of Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, QoS). \r\n- Familiarity with network security principles and NAC best practices. \r\n- Experience with network monitoring tools and packet analysis (Wireshark, SolarWinds, etc.). \r\n- Relevant Cisco certifications (CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Security, or equivalent).

Other Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. \r\n- Excellent communication and documentation skills. \r\n- Proven ability to work independently and in collaborative global teams.
