Job Summary

The MuleSoft L3 Administrator acts as the platform SME responsible for architecture-level administration, platform optimization, complex troubleshooting, security implementation, upgrades, governance, and operational excellence across enterprise MuleSoft environments.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as SME for MuleSoft platform administration and support.
  • Design and implement MuleSoft platform architecture and governance.
  • Configure and manage Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange, Access Management,
  • Manage CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, Hybrid, and On-Prem deployments.
  • Perform platform upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
  • Troubleshoot critical P1/P2 incidents and complex production issues.
  • Define API lifecycle management and governance standards.
  • Configure high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability solutions.
  • Manage security implementations including OAuth, JWT, SAML, SSL, and API security policies.
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and problem management activities.
  • Implement automation for deployments, monitoring, and platform maintenance.
  • Review integration architecture and provide recommendations.
  • Mentor L1/L2 engineers and conduct KT sessions.
  • Support capacity planning and performance optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects, developers, cloud, and security teams.
