Job Summary: The Cloud BU in RMI looks after all the underlying IT cloud infrastructure for RMI.
Within this Business Unit, the Cloud Governance Team (CGD) handles the planning, design, BI activities, data governance and administration of the Cloud Division.
As a Data Consultant you will mainly be involved with BI dashboard creation, management BI reporting, data governance implementation and supporting other teams with their BI needs. You will also be involved with other Business Units across RMI to facilitate and support their BI requirements pertaining to their applications running on the RMI Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
・ Interact with SMEs within the Cloud BU and across BUs to gather requirements and develop BI dashboards/reports.
・ Gather and analyze data to generate insights and trends on application cloud usage and opportunities for cloud optimization.
・ Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports for upper management and executives.
・ Identify opportunities for establishing and improving data governance processes within the Cloud BU.
・ Define and implement operational KPIs for Cloud usage and Data center planning.
・ Support Technical Account Managers with customer application consultations regarding cloud usage and onboarding.
・ Perform quantitative analysis to asses process risks and support process analysts to establish processes.
