Job Summary

Citrix Support Engineer

Administer and support Citrix DaaS and CVAD environments.\\\\r\\\\n• Install, configure, and manage Citrix Cloud, StoreFront, Cloud Connectors, FAS Servers and other Infra components\\\\r\\\\n• Manage and troubleshoot Citrix ADC & ADM including Gateway, Load Balancing, SSL certificates, and firmware upgrades\\\\r\\\\n• Administer Microsoft Azure infrastructure, virtual machines, networking, and cloud services supporting Citrix workloads\\\\r\\\\n• Manage and support Nutanix AHV infrastructure, clusters, and virtual machines\\\\r\\\\n• Perform advanced troubleshooting, RCA, performance tuning, and problem management for critical incidents.\\\\r\\\\n• Drive upgrades, migrations, patching, automation, and operational improvements.\\\\r\\\\n• Mentor L1/L2 engineers and ensure adherence to ITIL processes and SLA commitments.\\\\r\\\\n• Administer and manage Windows 365 Cloud PC environments.
