Job Summary

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled L3 GoAnywhere & FileCatalyst Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for the design, implementation, administration, automation, support, and optimization of enterprise Managed File Transfer (MFT) platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : GoAnywhere MFT Administration: Administer and maintain GoAnywhere MFT environments. Configure and manage SFTP users, virtual folders, resources, and permissions. Implement and maintain secure file transfer workflows. Manage user onboarding, vendor onboarding, and access controls. Configure automated file transfer processes and partner integrations. Perform upgrades, patching, troubleshooting, and system optimization. Support high availability (HA) and redundancy configurations. Manage audit logging and compliance reporting. Participate in root cause analysis and incident resolution. FileCatalyst Administration: Administer FileCatalyst Direct and FileCatalyst Workflow environments. Configure secure high-speed file transfer services. Create and maintain workflow automation. Develop and manage transfer jobs and custom forms. Optimize transfer performance and bandwidth utilization. Support global file distribution and large data movement requirements. Manage system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning. Configure redundancy and resiliency mechanisms. Secure File Transfer Operations: Support SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, SCP, and AS2-based file transfers. Ensure secure data exchange with external partners and vendors. Monitor file transfer jobs, failures, and SLA adherence. Resolve connectivity, authentication, and file delivery issues. Perform proactive health checks and capacity planning. Coordinate file transfer testing and migrations. Security & Compliance: Implement secure authentication and authorization controls. Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards. Manage encryption certificates, SSH keys, and secure communication mechanisms. Support audit requests and compliance assessments. Review and remediate security vulnerabilities. Maintain access governance and periodic reviews. Automation & Integration - Develop workflow automation solutions. Integrate GoAnywhere and FileCatalyst with: Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, ServiceNow, Email systems, Enterprise applications, Cloud storage platforms Support API-based integrations.Automate operational activities through scripting.

 

Skill Requirements

kill Requirement : + years of IT Infrastructure experience. 3+ years of GoAnywhere MFT administration experience. 3+ years of FileCatalyst administration experience. Experience managing enterprise secure file transfer environments. Experience supporting globally distributed business-critical data transfers. Experience working within regulated and compliance-driven environments. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent customer communication skills. Ability to work independently in complex environments. Strong documentation and process management capabilities. Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members. 7-12 Years Overall Experience with 3+ Years in GoAnywhere & FileCatalyst Administration
