JD for Consultant -Archer Governance Risk & Compliance\\\\r\\\\nPosition Consultant – Archer - Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) ( Experience 7-10 years)\\\\r\\\\nLocation US\\\\r\\\\nSkills Required TECHNICAL & FUNCTIONAL SKILLS\\\\r\\\\n• Development experience on DOTNET, SQL Server, MySQL and reporting platforms\\\\r\\\\n• IIS configuration & web APIs development\\\\r\\\\n• Worked on development using JavaScript, XML, HTML. Should be conversant with Hibernate framework\\\\r\\\\n• Conversant with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Quality Assurance & Testing \\\\r\\\\n• Experience in consulting & at-least one full lifecycle implementation of Archer GRC Platform\\\\r\\\\n• Good understanding and hands on implementation experience with multiple Archer Solution packages and development of on-demand applications\\\\r\\\\n• Experience in identifying & troubleshooting for Web API integrations solutions\\\\r\\\\n• Hands-on experience in documentation & creation of LLD & HLD\\\\r\\\\nGENERAL SKILLS\\\\r\\\\n• Knowledge of core Information Security concepts related to Governance, Risk & compliance\\\\r\\\\n• Strong analytical / problem solving skills\\\\r\\\\n• Broad knowledge of infrastructure (network and servers), services and security policies\\\\r\\\\n• Demonstrated understanding of internal security controls\\\\r\\\\n• Proven ability to assess risks and controls and identify opportunities for improvement\\\\r\\\\n• Demonstrated initiative and commitment for results and the ability to set priorities and manage multiple and concurrent projects\\\\r\\\\n• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment\\\\r\\\\n• Expert knowledge of information security topics, system architecture and Internet technology\\\\r\\\\n• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are required\\\\r\\\\n• Ability to act independently and exercise good judgment as well as the ability to work cross functionally.\\\\r\\\\nPlatform / Tool Expertise • Archer GRC Platform\\\\r\\\\n Bachelor Degree/MBA/MCA/ Diploma in Engineering/IT/Computer Sciences. Following Certifications will be preferred:\\\\r\\\\n• Archer Certified Consultant/Administrator
Key Responsibilities
2. To perform value addition activities (such as mentoring administrators/team members, preparing SOPs, maintaining effective documentation simultaneously and Knowledge sharing.) In addition act as a liaison to the business segment, facilitating effective communication and presentation to key business stakeholders as & when required.
3. To validate Change Order Implementation Plan & Human Error Compliance and participate in Capacity planning
4. To ensure positive customer feedback & satisfaction through active participation in customer meetings to understand any issues faced
5. To validate analyses (eg. Root Cause Analysis ,Trend Analysis) and reports to facilitate performance in tasks to be presented to key business stakeholders
