Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint L3 Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions using the SailPoint platform. The role will be responsible for implementing complex identity lifecycle processes, access certifications, provisioning integrations, custom workflows, and governance controls while ensuring secure and compliant access management across the enterprise. The individual will act as a technical SME, provide L3 support, and collaborate with IAM architects, business stakeholders, and application teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ / Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions.\\r\\nConfigure and customize provisioning workflows, lifecycle events, role management, policies, and certifications.\\r\\nDevelop and maintain connectors, integrations, and APIs with target systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, ServiceNow, databases, and cloud applications.\\r\\nPerform advanced troubleshooting and provide L3 support for SailPoint-related incidents, defects, and escalations.\\r\\nDevelop custom rules, workflows, tasks, reports, and REST/SOAP-based integrations.\\r\\nSupport Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes and access governance initiatives.\\r\\nImplement and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD) controls.\\r\\nCollaborate with security, compliance, and audit teams to address regulatory and governance requirements.\\r\\nParticipate in solution design reviews, code reviews, and deployment activities.\\r\\nDrive automation, process optimization, and continuous improvem

Skill Requirements

6-10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years of hands-on SailPoint development experience.\\r\\nStrong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).\\r\\nExpertise in:\\r\\nAccess Request Management\\r\\nAccess Certifications\\r\\nRole Management\\r\\nLifecycle Management\\r\\nPolicy Management\\r\\nProvisioning & De-provisioning\\r\\nIdentity Governance & Compliance\\r\\nStrong programming and scripting skills in:\\r\\nJava\\r\\nBeanShell\\r\\nJavaScript\\r\\nPowerShell\\r\\nSQL\\r\\nExperience with REST APIs, Web Services, and SailPoint connector framework.\\r\\nKnowledge of identity protocols and standards including:\\r\\nSAML\\r\\nOAuth\\r\\nOpenID Connect (OIDC)\\r\\nLDAP\\r\\nSCIM\\r\\nExperience integrating SailPoint with enterprise applications, directories, HR systems, and cloud platforms.

Other Requirements

 SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer or SailPoint Certified Professional certification.\\r\\nExperience with Azure AD, Entra ID, Okta, CyberArk, PAM, or other IAM technologies.\\r\\nKnowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.\\r\\nExperience with ServiceNow IAM workflows and automation.\\r\\nExposure to Zero Trust, Identity Security, and Governance frameworks.\\r\\nExperience in large-scale IAM transformation or migration programs.
