Job Summary

Provide L3 support, handle critical escalations, perform RCA, lead DR and backup strategy, work with Cohesity engineering, optimize performance, automate operations, mentor L1/L2 engineers, and support upgrades and lifecycle management.

 As Cohesity Backup Tool option was unavailable in \"Skill Cluster\" ; hence, selected IBM TSM, EMC Data Domain
 

Skill Requirements

Expertise in Cohesity DataProtect, DataPlatform, Helios, VMware, Hyper-V, Windows, Linux, cloud backups (AWS/Azure/GCP), storage technologies, databases, and automation using PowerShell/Python/REST APIs. Operational Skills

Other Requirements

Cohesity L3 Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support, architecture guidance, and escalation management for enterprise backup and recovery environments
