Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities\r\n• Ensure operational continuity of macOS devices during migration\r\n• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align device policies\r\n \r\n• Develop and maintain scripts for automation and compliance\r\n•  Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support\r\n•   Document processes and contribute to knowledge base 

Skill Requirements

• Conduct PT testing of migration processes\r\n• Validate software packages and configurations\r\n• Ensure business and security requirements are met\r\n• Document test results and report issues\r\n• Collaborate with engineers and PMs
