Job Summary

Network Engineer L3

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage network performance using SolarWinds and other tools. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot SD-WAN environments to ensure optimal connectivity and failover. Deploy, manage, and support Aruba switches and APs, ensuring secure and reliable wireless access. Administer and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki switches and APs, including firmware updates and network policy enforcement. Respond to escalated network issues and provide Level 2 support for incidents and service requests. Collaborate with Level 1 support and senior engineers to resolve complex network problems. Document network configurations, changes, and incident resolutions. Participate in network upgrade projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Experience: 3–5 years of experience in network engineering or IT infrastructure support. Strong knowledge of SD-WAN technologies and deployment strategies. Proficiency in SolarWinds for network monitoring and alerting. Hands-on experience with Aruba and Cisco Meraki networking hardware. Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs). Ability to analyze and resolve network performance issues. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, Aruba Certified, Meraki CMNA) are a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in multi-site network environments. Exposure to cloud networking and hybrid infrastructure. Knowledge of network security best practices.

Skill Requirements

5–7 years of experience in network engineering or IT infrastructure support. Strong knowledge of SD-WAN technologies and deployment strategies. Proficiency in SolarWinds for network monitoring and alerting. Hands-on experience with Aruba and Cisco Meraki networking hardware. Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
