Subject Matter Expert (Support&Ops)

Job Summary

Must have

  • Experience working in an Agile, fast paced, DevOps environment.
  • Experience in Platform Lifecycle Management
  • Good knowledge and experience in system automation, deployment, and implementation.
  • Experience in the software development process and tools and languages like Shell scripting, Git.
  • Experience in creating architecture on DevOps Lifecycle for PaaS & AKS / Kubernetes platforms.
  • Experience in technical leadership of the complete DevOps infrastructure.
  • Experience in creating software deployment strategies that are essential for the successful deployment of software or infrastructure in the various environment.
  • Passion & knowledge in creating technology infrastructure, automation tools, and maintaining configuration management.
  • Accountable for conducting training sessions for the juniors in the team and mentor them.
  • Work with customers and other teams to troubleshoot customer environments to increase user satisfaction.
  • Develop tooling and process to drive and improve customer experience, create playbooks/runbooks.
  • Knowledge of Source control system, debugging tools, testing tools used in MS technologies & Java App and Open-source Dev environment.
  • Strong communication skills.

 

Must have.

  • Technical expertise in cloud Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) technologies like Azure PaaS, AKS etc.
  • Technical expertise in Azure DevOps, Azure Repo, Jenkins (Continuous Delivery process and tools) Git, Github, etc. including migrations from one to another (source code repositories).
  • Technical expertise in Azure Cloud Foundation, ARM, Terraform, Ansible
  • DevOps Certification
