  • Azure Local (Azure Stack HCI) architecture and administration
  • VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter migration experience
  • Azure Migrate, Azure Arc, and migration tools
  • Windows Server, Hyper-V, Failover Clustering
  • Software Defined Networking (SDN) and Storage Spaces Direct (S2D)
  • Azure networking, identity, security, and monitoring
  • Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning
  • Infrastructure assessment, design, and performance optimization
  • Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership

Skill Requirements

  • Experience in infrastructure virtualization and cloud technologies
  • Proven experience in VMware to Azure Local migration projects
  • Microsoft Azure and Azure Stack HCI certifications preferred.
