Subject Matter Expert (Support&Ops)

Job Summary

Job Summary : Business Analysts to support the implementation of a dual-vendor platform initiative within Worldwide Clinical Technology (WCT). The project involves upgrading an existing platform to its enterprise version and onboarding a new Intelligence Platform that aggregates internal and external data sources to generate actionable insights for global clinical teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : • Plan and facilitate stakeholder workshops with internal functional area leads and vendor representatives. • Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements in a complete and correct manner. • Write clear, testable requirements to support downstream development, configuration, and QA activities. • Translate business needs into functional specifications for the platform configuration and customization team.

 

Skill Requirements

Skill Requirement : • Prior experience with Databricks or similar cloud data platforms. • Familiarity with clinical trial systems (EDC, CTMS) or pharmaceutical/life sciences domain. • Understanding of data mastering, cleansing, and intelligence/analytics platforms. • Experience working with geographically distributed teams (US, UK, India). • Background in UAT coordination for data-heavy or algorithm-driven platforms.
