Supply Planner

Job Summary

The purpose of this role is to monitor the supply channel assigned and ensure that the channel does not have an aging inventory, the channel's threshold are not crossed and resources from the respective channel is successfully deployed to fulfil the demand in the LoB within the policies of HCL Technologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor Supply In The Respective Internal / External Supply Channel (Rotation, Ramp Downs, Bench, Etc.) Against The Defined Threshold For The Channel, To Ensure It Is Not An Aging Inventory Engage With The Business / Delivery Leads And The Demand Planning Team To Look For Possible Demands Where The Resources From Internal / External Supply Channels Can Be Mapped Understand The Training Needs For The Resources And Coordinate With The Internal Training Team To Fulfil The Same, Ensuring The Resources Are Appropriately Trained To Play The New Role Deploy Resources From Respective Channel To Appropriate Demand To Ensure Fulfilment
2. Monitor The Metrics / Targets Specific To The Respective Supply Channel And Ensure They Are Met
