Job Summary

The Support Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving tickets related to Kubernetes and its associated technologies. This position focuses on troubleshooting, documentation, and customer interaction to uphold the organization's standards of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Troubleshoot And Resolve Client Tickets Related To Kubernetes Configurations And Deployments, Ensuring Timely And Effective Solutions That Meet Quality Standards.
2. Document Processes And Methodologies For Ticket Resolution And Troubleshooting Steps Involving Kubernetes Operations, Enhancing Knowledge Sharing Within The Team.
3. Interface With Customers To Clarify Ticket Requirements And Provide Resolution Updates, Ensuring Clear Communication And Customer Satisfaction.
4. Stay Updated On The Latest Kubernetes Technologies And Best Practices, Demonstrating A Commitment To Continuous Learning And Skill Enhancement.

Skill Requirements

1. Basic Understanding Of Kubernetes Architecture And Components.
2. Familiarity With Container Orchestration And Management.
3. Knowledge Of Troubleshooting Techniques In Cloud Environments.
4. Understanding Of Itsm Processes Related To Incident Management.

1. Optional But Valuable: Certified Kubernetes Administrator (Cka).

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
