Job Summary

Planning of software releases from nonproduction  through productionOwn end to end Infrastructure release planning and execution (Infra specific)Coordinate releases across Network, Operating System, Database & Middleware teams (Infra specific)Prepare and maintain Release CalendarEnsure Release readiness, including change creation, impact analysis, CAB approvalManage Conflict check with other planned releasesPrepare detailed deployment plan including rollback and contingency plansCoordinate deployment with multiple teams during the release windowCommunicate release status to the stakeholdersLead Go/No-Go decisions and post release statusesDrive retrospection meeting to document lessons learnt

Skill Requirements

Preferred Skills and ExperienceExperience in tools like ServiceNow, XL-Release/DeployStrong project management and customer handling skillsExperience in change/incident management 
4. Excellent Communication Skills For Effective Collaboration With Team Members And Customers.
5. Familiarity With Performance Metrics And Continuous Improvement Frameworks.

Other Requirements

1. Itil Foundation Certification (Optional But Valuable).
2. Relevant Product Support Or Technical Support Certifications (Optional But Valuable).
