Job Summary

The Support Lead for Kubernetes is a pivotal role focused on driving continuous improvement initiatives and resolving customer issues efficiently. This position involves leveraging expertise in Kubernetes to troubleshoot complex technical challenges, conduct root cause analyses, and implement preventive measures to enhance service delivery. The Support Lead will play a significant role in fostering team performance and ensuring high standards of product support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Troubleshoot And Resolve Critical And Complex Tickets Related To Kubernetes Deployments, Ensuring Minimal Downtime And Optimal Performance.
2. Perform Hands-On Root Cause Analysis For Critical Issues Within Kubernetes Environments, Documenting Findings To Inform Future Improvements.
3. Implement Necessary Preventive Measures And Best Practices Within Kubernetes To Reduce The Recurrence Of Defects And Enhance System Reliability.
4. Provide Technical Assistance And Mentorship To Team Members On Kubernetes-Related Customer Issues, Promoting Knowledge Sharing And Skill Enhancement.
5. Execute Continuous Improvement Activities Focused On Kubernetes Support Processes, Aiming To Elevate The Team’S Overall Performance And Efficiency.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Kubernetes And Its Ecosystem, Including Container Orchestration And Management.
2. Solid Knowledge Of Devops Practices And Tools For Effective Ci/Cd Pipeline Management.
3. Familiarity With Itsm Frameworks And Monitoring Solutions To Ensure Service Quality.
4. Good Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Handle Complex Technical Challenges.
5. Basic Understanding Of Product Support Processes At L1, L2, And L3 Levels.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable: Certified Kubernetes Administrator (Cka)
2. Optional But Valuable: Itil Foundation Certification
