Job Summary
- 4+ years of hands-on experience supporting and/or implementing SAP GTS
- Strong knowledge of SAP GTS modules, including Compliance Management, Customs Management and Risk Management
- Good understanding of SAP GTS integration with SAP ERP/ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP TM, and SAP EWM
- Good understanding of SAP SD and Logistics Execution (LE) processes
- Experience with SAP GTS configuration and understanding of SAP standard functionalities and enhancement concepts
- Experience in incident analysis, root cause analysis, defect resolution, and change request implementation
- Experience in business process analysis, configuration, testing, and production support
- ABAP debugging and troubleshooting skills are an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and related SAP technologies
- Experience working in Agile/DSDM or ITIL-based support environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multicultural and globally distributed teams
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills
- Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective and translate business requirements into SAP GTS solutions
- Fluent English
Key Responsibilities
2. To create the root cause analysis for critical issues/faults (hands on working).
3. To implement any necessary preventive measures to reduce future defects.
4. To provide technical assistance to the team members in resolving customer issues.
5. To execute continuous improvement activities and to improve the teamâs performance.
