Job Summary
Serve as a senior SAP business-system consultant who bridges business process ownership and technical delivery for AMS, minor enhancements and continuous improvement.
SAP functional support and consulting across OTC, MM/PP, Finance and cross-module integration; business process harmonisation; configuration analysis; stakeholder advisory.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse business-process issues, requirements and service requests and translate them into configuration, development or operational actions.
Support functional troubleshooting and configuration validation across relevant SAP modules, ensuring process continuity and data integrity.
Advise business users and domain leads on SAP standard functionality, accelerators, process workarounds and sustainable solution options.
Coordinate with developers and technical teams to ensure custom changes meet business requirements and do not introduce regression risk.
Support backlog grooming, requirements clarification, acceptance criteria, test scenarios and release readiness for minor enhancements.
Identify recurring incident themes and recommend process harmonisation, master-data controls, automation or training interventions.
Maintain process documentation, configuration notes, SOPs, knowledge articles and transition artefacts.
Work in the product-aligned model with Finance and Operations domain stakeholders, ensuring Run insights feed improvement roadmaps.
Contribute to compliance and audit activities where business processes intersect with access, posting, financial controls or regulatory reporting.
