Job Summary
- 4+ years of hands-on experience supporting and/or implementing SAP EWM/WM
- Strong knowledge of SAP EWM, including Inbound, Outbound, Internal Warehouse Processes, Physical Inventory, Warehouse Monitoring
- Good understanding of SAP EWM integration with SAP ERP/ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP TM, and SAP GTS
- Experience with decentralized SAP EWM is an advantage
- Experience with SAP WM, MM, PP, and LE modules is an advantage
- Experience with SAP EWM configuration and understanding of SAP standard functionalities and enhancement concepts
- Experience in incident analysis, root cause analysis, defect resolution, and change request implementation
- Experience in warehouse business process analysis, configuration, testing, and production support
- ABAP debugging and troubleshooting skills are an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and related SAP technologies
- Experience working in Agile/DSDM or ITIL-based support environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multicultural and globally distributed teams
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills
- Ability to understand warehouse business processes from a customer perspective and translate business requirements into SAP EWM solutions

Key Responsibilities
2. To create the root cause analysis for critical issues/faults (hands on working).
3. To implement any necessary preventive measures to reduce future defects.
4. To provide technical assistance to the team members in resolving customer issues.
5. To execute continuous improvement activities and to improve the teamâs performance.
