Support Lead

Job Summary

Provide end-to-end support for lab setup, including hardware and software configurations, to support various testing and operational needs.
Handle tasks related to physical network infrastructure, such as cabling, connectivity, and hardware installation, ensuring seamless communication and functionality across network devices and servers.
Oversee and resolve power and cooling issues within the lab environment, ensuring optimal operational conditions. This includes monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing solutions to maintain system stability and efficiency.

Cisco Switches and Routers, UCS servers, IOS XR and Sonic software
Testing of optical networks.
Experience with traffic generators
Configuring JSON files with version control.
CCNA / Any Hardware and Networking Certification is Good to have

Conversant with Git as well as python (basic knowledge with open mindset to learn)
Basic knowledge in Python and a little Hands on is required.
Willing to be handle any new tech stack inclusion & willing to learn new things and implementations

To execute continuous improvement activities, work on root cause analysis, and provide technical assistance to resolve customer issues.

Key Responsibilities

1. To troubleshoot and resolve critical and complex tickets.
2. To create the root cause analysis for critical issues/faults (hands on working).
3. To implement any necessary preventive measures to reduce future defects.
4. To provide technical assistance to the team members in resolving customer issues.
5. To execute continuous improvement activities and to improve the teams performance.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
