Job Summary

Maintenance Excellence / Focus: Master Data Specialist - Junior Expert, 3-7 years of experience
Key Responsibilities
•    Maintain, govern, and continuously improve maintenance and asset master data within enterprise systems (e.g., SAP PM, EAM, CMMS).
•    Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of equipment, functional location, BOM, Object ID, and maintenance task master data.
•    Develop and implement master data standards, procedures, and governance processes across maintenance and asset management functions.
•    Support maintenance excellence initiatives by providing high-quality master data required for planning, reliability, and asset performance activities.
•    Analyze master data quality and identify opportunities to improve data integrity, standardization, and system utilization.
•    Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, reliability, operations, and supply chain teams to establish and maintain fit-for-purpose asset hierarchies and data structures.
•    Support digital maintenance, asset management, and reporting initiatives through effective data management practices.
•    Generate and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs related to master data quality, completeness, and compliance.
•    Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing maintenance effectiveness and asset management processes.
•    Provide Training and Support to sites except Germany
•    Provide 1st level support

Preferred Qualifications and Competencies
•    Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
•    3-7 years of experience in Asset Master Data Management, Maintenance Excellence, Asset Management, Reliability Engineering, or Maintenance Planning environments.
•    Strong understanding of maintenance and asset management processes, equipment structures, and asset hierarchies.
•    Experience with SAP PM, EAM, CMMS, or similar maintenance management systems.
•    Knowledge of master data governance, data quality management, and data standardization practices.
•    Experience working in complex industrial, chemical, manufacturing, or process industry environments.
•    Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
•    Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process compliance.
•    Ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional teams.
•    Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
•    Experience with SAP PM master data creation and governance.
•    Knowledge of equipment BOMs, spare parts management, and maintenance planning processes.
•    Experience with Power BI, Excel, data analytics, or reporting tools.
•    Familiarity with reliability and asset management frameworks such as ISO 55000, RCM, or Maintenance Excellence methodologies.
