Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
• Establish and mature Enterprise Architecture practices using LeanIX across business
and technology domains.
• Define Enterprise Architecture operating models, governance processes, architecture
principles, and standards.
• Design and govern LeanIX Fact Sheet structures, Meta Models, taxonomies, and
enterprise architecture data models.
• Develop Business Capability Models, Application Portfolio Management (APM),
Technology Reference Models (TRM), and end-to-end architecture landscapes.
• Lead application rationalization, lifecycle planning, technical debt assessments, and
technology modernization initiatives.
• Develop target-state architectures, enterprise roadmaps, and transformation strategies
aligned with business objectives.
• Create executive dashboards, CIO reports, portfolio analytics, KPIs, and investment
insights.
• Support Architecture Review Boards (ARB), architecture compliance reviews, and
governance forums.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide architecture decisions
and strategic transformation programs.
• Provide thought leadership for LeanIX adoption, architecture governance, and
continuous improvement.
Preferred Experience
• 10–15 years of Enterprise Architecture and IT transformation experience.
• Extensive experience in LeanIX EAM, APM, and Business Capability Modeling.
• Strong consulting experience engaging CIOs and senior executives.
• Experience leading large-scale architecture and modernization programs.
• TOGAF certification preferred; ArchiMate knowledge desirable.
